This week we’re heading to El Salvador and the great team at League Central America for feature! We’d like to introduce you to the lovely Belky Huezo, who works in the Public Relations office at LCA. She’s newer to the team but is already impressing us.
When did you start working at LCA?
Just this June 25th.
What is your title?
I’m a Clerk in Public Relations, and I am also in charge of English conversation class.
What’s your favorite thing about LCA?
All the developed projects!
What did you do before you worked at LCA?
I was teaching English in my neighborhood as a volunteer.
What attracted you to working at LCA?
The enthusiasm in every employee, the projects that are developed, and just to see how LCA is different from other factories.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Listen to music, and prepare homework for my students.
What’s your favorite piece of League apparel?
What’s one thing people might not know about you?
I lived in Houston, Texas for 10 years, and I love to teach.

This is part of League’s continuing effort to expand English as a second language to our employees in El Salvador. Also a shout out to IDEA LLC in Charleston, South Carolina for providing the shipping to get this skid off to League Central America.
As you are probably aware , each of our team members at League Central America is allotted thirty minutes each day during production hours to take computer-based English lessons in our computer lab.
The new library books are available to supplement the English classes, and can be borrowed at leisure by our team members.

Long time printer and enthusiastic League team member Tim Suchora is our featured team member today.
1. When did you start working at League?
I’ve been working for league for three years (maybe four).
2. What is your title?
I am the Print Production Manager.
3. What’s your favorite thing about League?
My favorite part of League is that everyone at League Collegiate Outfitters has and shares the same passion to make the best products. It’s nice to see a whole company that wants to be the best.
4. What did you do before you worked at League?
I’ve always been a printer. I’ve printed just about everything. From shirts to metal to glass. I’ve had great teachers and mentors along the way.
5. What attracted you to working at league?
I was really impressed when I came in for my first interview. The place was super clean and very organized. I wanted to get back to printing shirts again, and League’s theory and way of doing it was what I was looking for.
6. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to build model cars. My absolute favorite thing is being with my kids. I love watching them discover new things in their lives. I enjoy the married life with my wife.
7. What’s your favorite piece of League apparel?
My favorite thing league makes is the L900 tee shirt. I live in them. They are the best!
8. What’s one thing people might not know about you?
I never owned a college school tee until I started working for League.
